A Little About Me
Hi, I'm Dariana — a 10-year Air Force veteran, proud wife, dedicated mom, and passionate baker. After serving our country and raising my family, I found my second calling in the kitchen, turning simple ingredients into moments that bring people together.
Loaves & Layers was born from a love of sourdough bread, the art of cake decoration, and the belief that food made with intention tastes different. Every loaf is hand-scored and slow-fermented. Every cake is built from scratch and finished with care.
I bake in small batches — because quality matters more than quantity. When you order from Loaves & Layers, you're getting something made specifically for you, with the same discipline and attention to detail I carried through my years of service.
